Titan ONE is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Director to lead client engagements, drive marketing success, and mentor team members.

Role Overview

You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, guiding campaigns from strategy to execution. Your expertise in B2B/B2C enterprise accounts, ABM, inbound, content marketing, and brand positioning will ensure innovative solutions that deliver exceptional results.

As an Account Director, you will lead client engagements and drive marketing success. You'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, collaborating closely with creative and strategy to develop innovative solutions that achieve business objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, including inbound, content, ABM, and brand positioning. You'll also be a mentor and guide for your team, fostering their growth and development.

How You Contribute to Titan ONE:


In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving client success: Manage a portfolio of integrated accounts, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Leading integrated solutions: Collaborate with our expert team across various disciplines (content, creative, strategy, digital) to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations.

  • Becoming a client expert: Deeply understand your clients' businesses, their challenges, and their goals. Proactively identify opportunities to drive growth and deliver exceptional value.

  • Championing collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and partnership, both internally and with clients. Effectively navigate priorities and ensure seamless project execution.

  • Mentoring and developing talent: Guide and inspire junior team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth.

  • Staying ahead of the curve: Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving marketing landscape and share your knowledge with the team.

  • Delivering excellence: Take ownership of agency performance and ensure flawless execution across all client engagements.

 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive account management experience or corporate management experience. (More experienced? Even better! We'll consider that as part of the process.)

  • Energetic self-starter who thrives on responsibility.
    Collaborative team player who can also work independently and experience in mobilizing, managing, and motivating team members and vendors.

  • Effortlessly moves from ideation into clear, defined action.
    Your curiosity leads you to look for ways to learn, improve, evolve, and provide value for clients.

  • A proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

  • Able to organize ideas, comments, feedback and next steps into workback schedules and action plans, and deliver on these deadlines (or optimize as priorities shift).

  • You value delivering high-quality work, being proud of the team you work with, and building relationships with people across the business.

A Day in the Life of an Account Director at Titan ONE

Morning

  • 9:00 AM - Team Check-In: Share updates, align on client priorities, and flag key deadlines.
  • 9:30 AM - Client Strategy Call: Lead a results-driven meeting, present insights, and propose next steps.
  • 10:30 AM - Campaign Review: Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to refine campaign ideas and ensure deliverables align with client goals.
  • 11:30 AM - Project Planning: Adjust workback schedules, assign tasks, and troubleshoot any project bottlenecks.
Midday

  • 12:30 PM - Lunch Break: Recharge, run an errand, or enjoy a team lunch
  • 1:15 PM - Mentorship Moment: Check in with a junior team member, offering coaching and development feedback.
  • 2:00 PM - Client Development Touchpoint: Explore new campaign opportunities and marketing strategies with a long-term client.
Afternoon

  • 2:45 PM - Problem-Solving Mode: Jump into action when a vendor delay threatens a key project timeline.
  • 3:30 PM - Creative Briefing: Develop or refine creative briefs with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • 4:15 PM - Account Performance Review: Analyze campaign metrics, optimize budgets, and prep for upcoming client presentations.
  • 4:45 PM - Client Check-In: Respond to a last-minute client request with data-driven insights and actionable next steps.
