Titan ONE is looking to find an experienced and passionate Art Director to join our team and help us bring our clients' brands to life.  

We're on the hunt for an Art Director who's not just skilled but truly passionate about shaping the visual heartbeat of our clients' brands. This role is more than a job; it's a chance to be at the forefront of creative innovation, making sure every brand story we tell is not just heard but felt. We're looking for someone who thrives in the hustle and loves the challenge of turning ideas into visual narratives that resonate. As our Art Director, you'll lead the charge in the creative process, steer design execution, and work hand-in-hand with our dedicated team to craft creative solutions that aren't just effective but truly inspiring, supporting our holistic brand and go-to-market strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaigns.

  • Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading multiple creative projects from concept to completion in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders.

  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, eager to take on challenges, and capable of working both independently and as part of a creative team.
