Senior Account Lead


  • Full-time, 9 - 5 EST regular office hours, with room for flexibility

Titan ONE is looking to find a passionate Senior Account Lead to help manage our enterprise/B2B/B2C accounts.   

You'll be helping build long-term relationships while acting as a 2-way conduit to ensure maximum value for our clients in the ideation, planning and execution of marketing strategies and services. The successful candidate will have experience of the corporate world, and be drawn to a creative and collaborative agency environment.

Ensuring account health, QA and strategic alignment, you will collaborate with and guide our clients on bringing their brand to life through their inbound marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, brand positioning, reporting and activation. You have solid client relationship management skills, including PM and metrics analysis. You can think strategically but you know how to move things forward.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive account management experience or corporate management experience. (More experienced? Even better! We'll consider that as part of the process.)

  • Energetic self-starter who thrives on responsibility.
    Collaborative team player who can also work independently and experience in mobilizing, managing, and motivating team members and vendors.

  • Effortlessly moves from ideation into clear, defined action.
    Your curiosity leads you to look for ways to learn, improve, evolve, and provide value for clients.

  • You are dependable and follow through without needing to be prompted.

  • Able to organize ideas, comments, feedback and next steps into workback schedules and action plans, and deliver on these deadlines (or optimize as priorities shift).

  • You value delivering high-quality work, being proud of the team you work with, and building relationships with people.
